Not much to be honest... well actually alot of things but come on lets be real if you have nothing to do or just getting a bunch of people together to watch this it is pretty awesome I mean its better then doing nothing right?

Drink every time you hear an British, Australian, or South African

Chug for the time period the shark is airborne until it hits the water again

Drink whenever you see a diver in a cage

Yet another music post hope you guys enjoyed the other ones. His name is Donald Glover...but his musician name is Childish Gambino...All of you must have watched or heard about community Or have watched 30 rock(he wrote for the show and also was on it a few times) He also is a comedian this guy is all over the place. He has been around for a while and have had his music on my i-tunes for a while but figured it was time to share it with you guys.

I think this guy definitely has talent, I mean his lyrics are sick in my opinion are they the best no but they are defiantly above average and catchy. I am a big fan of Lights Turned on which is the 2nd song but I figured id put down heartbreak also since I know some ppl may enjoy that also. Also definitely check out his stand up... and for gods sake please watch community or 30 rock... at least a few episodes if you havn't yet. 

Vodka Review: Sobieski

                    Taste: Light hint of grain with minimal burn

                      Smell:Pure Vodka smell...

Well this WOULD NOT be a proper blog without some Polish Vodka....(I have a lot more to come since I have plenty of polish vodkas,) I found this in almost every store. I prefer it over absolute...but maybe not as good as Stoli..Either way this is definitely one of those go to vodkas for the poorer/cheaper party animals. Your trying to pre game you don't need to get fancy just something that taste good or is bearable... You know your going to be burning a hole in your wallet by going out to the bars. Why go back to eating Ramen when you can have your cake and eat it too... or some shit like that. I highly recommend this vodka if you are on a budget and want a drink that is equal to or better then Absolute. This is just my opinion so don't start crying if you don't like it and think I lied to you because I didn't the odds are your just a little bitch that can't take a shot...  Ill take this shit over Absolute due to price/ minimal taste difference any day so why not take a risk and spend that 11 dollars and see if you like it?

On the topic of music have you guys heard about Snoop Dog.. I mean Snoop Lion... guy has done a lot for music but why must you change your name and make music like this ?? Must be that Jamaican weed he smoked there maybe the high never wore off..

AS I posted this I  listened to it for a 5th time... don't hate it as much as the 1st time around but definitely not liking it just yet... who know maybe it will grow on me eventually. Good for him though as dumb as i think this was he decided to expand or try to expand the music frontier maybe it will work? who knows... Anyway Sorry about lacking on the mixed drinks to busy to sit around making them will try to get my shit together and produce some solid recipes for you guys soon.

Thats a future problem for me though so I'm not worrying about it until I have to..

For all those people that went to Jones beach for ID fest your all a joke...take note form this video what a real party looks like.. for those of you who don't know, people at ID just stood there some dressed in neon... some in random costumes... bouncing up and down as if they were listening to lil wayne rap i mean.. whine like a little bitch(although he has one or two good songs the rest of them sound like he is complaining to mommy)

ANYWAY back to the real news many people still do not know about this I am shocked.. one night is already sold out... tickets are on sale... I will be getting mine soon. One of the worlds biggest raves coming to NYC the greatest city in the world( and I just made all the Boston/Philly readers cringe because for some reason both cities thing they can actually compete with NYC)

The Beer Review: SAPPORO

Sapporo Beer

    I came across this beer a while back on one...not so clear halloween night at a random asian place that some of my friends to this day doubt the existence of....

Alch Content: 5%
Price: Around 3.50 for a 22 oz can
Taste: Its hoppy/carbonated with a bit of bitterness
Smell: Couldn't really smell anything not one of those types of beers
Looks: Yellow/Orange with thick foam head

Its a cheap beer... Don't expect it to be amazing Not bad to wash down that chinese drunk food you order after the bars or even during midterm/finals week but if your trying to stay class I wouldn't recommend this. It is not a filtered beer so it has some particles floating around in it but you can't really feel them when you drink it just doesn't look to pleasant in a glass. But for 3.50 ill pretend to be fancy and tell my friends I am drinking Japanese premium beer... they won't know the difference since they don't read this blog..however you will.Also anyone who actually reads this and calls me out for pulling the whole yeahhh I'm just drinking an imported japanese beer just chime in don't be an asshole and  ruin the fun saying its cheap no one has to know that besides us.

Drinking Games: Baseball

    I don't know about you guys but beer pong is getting boring.  Baseball is a lot faster  and  more fun in my opinion. I learned to play this game sophomore year of college and I have to say I prefer this over beer pong any day!
        Anyway what is baseball... simply put baseball is beer pong and flip cup combined... with the level of shit talking stepped up a notch.

The Set Up
Team size:3-4 

Its basically 4 cups in a vertical line on both sides of the table...
The cup closest to the MIDDLE of the table is 1st base
....and it goes 2nd 3rd and Home being the cup closest to you...(its a simple setup ....i mean shit if you need a picture ill do one better. I will personally drive my friends 10 year old sister  to your house and let her set it up for you)

Anyway you can fill these up two different ways with your drink of choice non-alchoholic... or alcoholic.(I recommend beer since a lot of drinking goes on in this game and anything else would be a bad choice)

1. Fill them up all equally
2. Fill 1st with the least amount of alch and incrementally go up until home is filled up with a full beer

Anyway now that you have your shooting "bases" set up done; put 3 cups opposite each other as if you were playing flipcup, these are for the base runners.(for those of you not to sharp on your sports terminology I will assume you are girls and refer you to this blog http://2ballsnostrikes.wordpress.com/.... if your a guy.. well i guess its time to stop taking those ballet classes, put your purse down and watch a ball game.) Again these cups are labeled 1st 2nd and 3rd... 1ST will always be closest to the hitting team. (Side note give yourself some space in between cups.)

The Game

       Flip a coin and decided how many innings you want to play... 6/9 make sure the team that bats(shoots) 1st doesn't bat(shoot) last... This is done just so you don't get in a drunk argument with your friends or competition...hey lets face it shit always gets heated during competitive drinking games...
      Now each team gets 3 outs... This is how you get an OUT. I shoot the ball.. and it completely misses the cups that counts as an OUT...if it hits a cup bounces up and someone from the other team catches it before it hits the table or group it is an OUT. And now lastly if you get on base and challenge someone for flip cup and lose you are OUT.(I will explain this more in a bit)
     Scoring 
   Just like regular baseball hit a home run thats a point plus... the other team must drink all 4 cups hit a triple you go to the 3rd base cup and the opposing team must drink the 3rd base cup and all cups before it(1st and 2nd) and so on. All cups must be finished and  reset before the other team shoots.

Stealing bases
Now it gets complicated. Say you just hit a single... because you suck and can't handle hitting anything else...You go to the 1st base cup... It is your time to shine and make up for your shitty single. Stealing is basically playing flipcup for the extra base...if you win and your opponent is still struggling or you are just a cocky mother fucker you can continue stealing(playing flip cup) and go all the way home...now the person on the other team has to beat you in flip cup in order to get you out...so they will have to play you cup for cup... curtesy rules ... don't start playing when no one is there to defend you...However there is a fun rule to implement... and that is balking... I'm not explaining the baseball team but basically the runner must ALWAYS touch the cup before the "fielder"(guy trying to get them out) .anyway if the person trying to get the runner out touches the cup before the runner has a chance to steal then the runner gets the free base.

(The best example of this was someone i saw ask the person to check their cup and challenged the amount of beer in it... us guys do not like being called pussies when it comes to how much we fill up our cups.. the kid grabbed it and then realized he was tricked)... so use any and all means to get them to touch that cup.. anything goes and it just makes it more fun and the shit talk definitely increases due to that.

Anyway go try the game... its a lot simpler after playing it a few times and getting everyone on the same page... good luck and enjoy and remember drink responsibly...

Fixing the Blog Set Up

        Ok sorry guys I'm new to this and thought I could have posts on every page on here but that does not seem to be the case. I have started using "Labels" Basically I will put up a search bar somewhere if it is not up already and you will be able to search up any of the topics... For example Drinking to get drinking games.. or vodka.. for vodka recipes and so on.. I will update this post with all the possible labels I will be using to make life easier for everyone.
      I will however be keeping the Hangover Remedies since theres not much to build off that one and the Music Section will not take up that much space so it will also be kept as its own page for now... Anyway if you guys have any more suggestions f on how to make this easier to navigate or easier on the eyes let me know thanks guys.

"Fuck Genres I like Music"

      THE music section is FINALLY updated. Enjoy and leave comments/email TimeTwoDrink@gmail.com if you have any song suggestions that you think no one has heard or a genre you want to see more songs listed for.
     All new songs will be put up as videos the older ones will be listed under the Genre they fall under. This section will most likely be updated once or twice a week on a Monday and Friday. Hope the struggle through Monday wasn't that bad.... actually I hope you all suffered since I had a pretty rough one my self.

The Beer Review: Wells Banana Bread Beer

So in-between posts I figured it would be nice to give you guys something to read. We will be posting reviews of beers, or hard liquors that we have had and recommend. Do not judge us... we've had our share... we like to try new and unique types of alcohol but we are responsible every time we drink... from what I remember at least and well never mind no need for those stories...just yet.

Wells Banana Bread Beer

Alch Content :5.2%
Price :Approx 5 dollars (give or take a few depending on state tax etc)
Taste: Spicy/Banana taste
Smell: Smell the bananas right away
Looks: Light Brown Ale type with thin foam on top that goes away quickly

     I don't know how they did it... i was expecting a shitty beer that tasted nothing like bananas let alone smelt like it. I actually didn't even buy the beer for the taste initially I got it mixed up with the Liquer store since it was called Wells also. I figured id support their brewery and give it a shot. Little did i know this had nothing to do with it. I would not say this is the  best beer that I have had but on a scale from 1-10 I think this would get around a 7.5 if I was a russian judge and a 8.5 If i was extremely bias.. so an rating of 8 is safe.
     On a personal note the strong taste it gives me is something I would not drink continuously though out the night. It is not a heavy beer however I would rather savor the banana taste and drink this beer slowly and casually. Unless you challenge me to a game of flip cup I may have to reconsider then.
     Although this beer is a year round beer I would recommend it for the Thanks giving/Holiday time period.

Jolly Rancher infused Vodka

Watermelon Jolly Rancher Vodka 

 Heres some great tasting vodka without burning a hole in your wallet

(Don't mind the picture you can use cheaper vodka don't trust me)

What you need:

Vodka
      -this infusion will help make cheaper vodkas smoother then usual. I have made this using Svedka, Absolute and Smirnoff... but you can also use Segrams, KU-L, and Sobieski.If you are not satisfied with the straight shot flavor add more jolly ranchers or use this as a mixer with non-alchoholic beverages.
Jolly Ranchers
      -side note for Jolly ranchers you may want to just go to amazon or google and find a single flavor. Do this once you find which one you enjoy the most. This saves money and time when having to buy a few bags of jolly ranchers and sorting through all of them in order to 


Advice before starting...Take a shot glass or a few cups and put 1 of each jolly rancher flavors and place in seperate cups..add a shot of vodka and let the jolly rancher dissolve take a shot of each or split it with your friends somehow to determine which flavor you like the most...On a personal level cherry and grape did not taste very well so I Stay away from those. While Sour Apple and Watermelon tasted the best. 

Steps

1. Separate the flavors
2. For a Per handle basis I would use close to the full pile of jolly ranchers. My pile was close to 50 maybe even 60...I had a large amount of vodka and bought 5 bags of jolly ranchers estimated 10-12 of each flavor per bag.. Again this all depends on your taste start with a reasonable amount and keep adding to meet your taste. Do not over do it though since it will come out syrupy if you put say...20 jolly ranchers into a water bottle of vodka.
3. After the Jolly Ranchers are in the bottle do NOT put it in the freezer this will slow down the breakdown process. The breakdown will take anywhere from 8-10 hours for the candy to dissolve fully. If you are in a hurry shake them up a bit every so often I personally don't do this because it is unnecessary  work. The vodka will be done in 10 hours just make give it a good shake 3 or 4 times to get the jolly ranchers that are stuck on the sides of the bottle unstuck. Sitting there shaking the bottle helps speed up the process but you don't lose or gain any flavor by doing this.
4. After fully dissolving put the vodka in the freezer and let it chill.. The vodka will not freeze or make a slush because the bottle is basically pure vodka so remember that when you drink this. It is not diluted and therefore be responsible with it.

Extra Tips
Add some carbonation to it to dilute the vodka and maybe give it a little more flavor... Sprite works well but again its personal choice... 

-If you really messed this up and want to salvage your vodka.. .add the equivalent flavored martini mix to your desired jolly rancher flavor...I did this with Sour Apple since I didn't have enough Jolly Ranchers so I just borrowed half a cup of mix from my neighbors for the full bottle and it worked just fine.

-You can also add these to other mixed drinks instead of buying a flavored liquor or vodka.  

-For those of you that are going to bitch about why I didn't make every flavor. Its because the above is my friends flavor of choice. He had extra bottles left over after a grad party and decided to try to make watermelon. Prior to these Absolute has been used and it has tasted just as good but again using a cheap vodka and adding more Jolly Ranchers saves you a good amount of money and the only difference will be in the burn which comes with most vodkas anyway.

Welcome to Time To Drink

      Okay so i’m going to cut out all the typical “this will be the best blog in the world...we will stop hunger in Africa...etc” There is no need to feed you bullshit i’m not running for the Mrs America pageant.  No offense to them though!! In fact if any of you know a contestant please send them my way. In regards to this very important topic a quick side note...I have a friend that will take one for the team so if she gives you that "only if he has someone for my less then average friend she's really nice I promise!" line don't worry that is not a problem...

     Anyway this blog is basically just two college students that like to experiment with alcohol and mix random stuff to make great mixtures. We figured its time to put some of those mixtures up on the Internet as well as make you guys aware of many other drinks that you have not heard of yet ranging from dirt cheap to expensive. This blog will cover anything alcohol related including reviews, hangover remedies and drinking games(other then beer pong come on guys its getting old). We will even throw in a section for a random list of songs that you may have forgotten about or never heard of since A) they are fairly new or B) you live under a f*&#ing rock. Anyway stay posted for the 1st mixed drink recipe... ill give you a hint its going to be something infused in vodka.
